ROBIN ROTOR BETA PROGRAM - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION


Welcome to the Robin Rotor Beta Program!

These terms explain what you get and what we expect from you as one of our test pilots.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Price: 299 NOK/month including VAT and shipping (50% discount from 599 NOK which is the price for a stand-alone kit).

Commitment: No commitment period. Can be terminated at any time.

Product: Prototype/preliminary version. May differ from the final commercial version.


2. YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

In exchange for the discount, you agree to the following:

Monthly Feedback: Your experience is important! That's why we require you to fill out a short feedback form each month before the next set can be sent out. It takes a maximum of 3 minutes.

Use of content: You allow Robin Rotor to use your feedback for improvements and possibly quotes anonymously in marketing (first name and possibly age are mentioned)


3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Right of withdrawal: We give you a 30-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, you can return the building kit within these 30 days and get your money back. You pay the shipping cost for the return. Contact support@robinrotor.no to cancel during this period.

After 30 days: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sales of kits already shipped are final and non-refundable.


4. PROGRAM DURATION

The program is ongoing and has no fixed end date. Robin Rotor may pause, change or discontinue the program at any time. In such cases, we will send a notification by email in advance.


5. QUALIFICATION

Age: 18+ or with parental consent.

Limitation: Maximum of two beta subscriptions per household.


6. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT

Delivery: The kits are shipped once a month, on the 20th of each month. Delivery costs are included in the discounted price.


Delays: If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the kit will be shipped the next business day.


First set: Participants who received their first building kit at Oslo Skaperfestival will receive their next set with the first regular shipment (the 20th of the following month).
